Terraces and piers
More than 60,000 m2 of Woodlook™, wood-plastic composite for terraces and piers have been sold in Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Slovakia over the past 7 years. Woodlook™, wood plastic composites differs from other composite material in several factors:
- In the composition – 60 % is composed by fiber made from hard exotic woods, 40 % is HDPE (High-density polyethylene) and ecological additives. Hard exotic wood fibers significantly increase resistance to moisture.
- In the homogeneity of the composition through its cross section and surface without any visible splinters. Its unique density ensures almost zero absorbability and thus perfect shape stability, durability and minimum maintenance requirements.
- Design of the slots is extruded into a flat plane that ensures maximum comfort for barefoot walk
- Warm and soft to the touch, which reminds more than a wood. Woodlook – more than a wood.
We offer 3 main types of the profile with different slot design and size: Premium, Standard, Solid. Installation using 3 types of joints offers variability in the width of the gap in between the planks. Two types of stainless steel joints for 2mm and 4mm gaps and plastic joint for 5mm gap.
